Because we create your items fresh (or source them from our partners), please allow 2-3 business days for us to prepare your order for shipment.
Shipping Time
Once your item is handed to our shipping partner, we use a standard service that takes approximately 5 business days to arrive at your doorstep.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Nupharmisto is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed delivered to the address entered for an order. Upon shipment, the risk of loss passes to you. If your tracking status shows "Delivered" but you have not received your item, please contact the carrier directly to resolve the issue.
Incorrect Address
Please double-check your shipping address. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we will contact you to arrange reshipment. Reshipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
